Who publishes this site
About This Owner Service-Request Website
This is an independent service-request website and publisher for Island Park, Idaho vacation rental owners — not a property manager. It is published by Island Park Property Management, which receives and qualifies an owner’s request and may share it with a third-party provider; it does not perform the work itself.
This site was previously published as Island Park Vacation Rental Management. The public name changed with the move to islandparkpropertymanagement.com. The site remains an independent owner service-request website, not the property-management provider that performs the work.
Independent service-request website. Calls and forms may be shared with a third-party provider. The provider confirms availability, pricing, and service terms.
Owner requests only — this site does not book guest stays.
The role this site plays
The role is narrow on purpose. Island Park Property Management takes an owner’s call or form, qualifies the request, and — when a provider is available and the request fits that provider’s coverage, capability, and capacity — shares it with a third-party management provider. From that point the provider confirms availability, pricing, and service terms directly with the owner. The site is the introduction, not the service.
What this site does and does not do
Stated plainly: this site does not manage properties, employ managers or cleaners, book guest stays, or guarantee any provider’s availability, pricing, credentials, performance, or results. It holds no listing, cleans no cabin, and staffs no local office.
- It receives owner requests and qualifies them.
- It may share a qualified request with a third-party provider.
- It publishes sourced, dated reference material for owners.
- It does not manage, clean, caretake, co-host, or book stays.
How it is compensated
This website may be compensated when a request it shares results in work for a provider. Compensation never changes the published rules, figures, or sources on this site.
How facts are produced
The published material is built official-first: government, agency, and statutory sources come before anything else, with industry guides used only when the publisher and publication date are named. Every dated claim carries a visible verification date, and those dates change only when a person materially rechecks the underlying content — figures are never silently refreshed. When a fact decays, the page is re-reviewed and re-dated rather than quietly edited. The way this site describes Idaho regulation follows the same discipline: it points owners to the issuing office, the Idaho State Tax Commission, a tax professional, or an insurance carrier, and never makes a permit, tax, insurance, or legal determination itself.
What this site refuses to publish
To stay honest in a market full of inflated claims, this site refuses to invent what it cannot verify. It does not fabricate:
- Local offices, staff, cleaners, or a local team.
- Years of local tenure or local experience it does not have.
- Reviews, testimonials, or ratings.
- Credentials, licenses, or insurance claims for itself.
- Provider availability, and any promise that a provider can be matched.
- Local prices, revenue projections, or occupancy claims.
Why it never says a manager is required
This site will never tell an owner that hiring a manager is required, because that would be false. Under Idaho House Bill 583, local rules cannot force an owner to hire professional management or undergo short-term-rental-specific inspections. Hiring a manager, a co-host, a cleaner, or a caretaker is a business decision an owner is free to make or decline — not a local operating requirement. Framing it any other way would mislead the owners this site exists to serve.
