What this website is

Island Park Property Management is an independent publisher and service-request platform. It is not a property manager, management company, co-host, cleaning company, caretaker, booking site, real estate brokerage, or government agency. It does not perform the work, hold any listing, employ cleaners, or book guest stays. It may receive an owner’s request and share it with a third-party service provider that may be able to help.

No guarantees

Submitting a request does not create any guaranteed outcome. This website does not guarantee any of the following:

• That any provider will match, accept, or respond to a request.
• Provider availability, a quote, or any particular price.
• Any permit, tax, or regulatory outcome.
• Any level of occupancy or revenue.
• Any particular result, standard, or quality of work.

Third-party providers

Any service is performed by third-party providers, not by this website. Those providers are solely responsible for their own services, availability, pricing, contracts, and conduct. Any agreement for services is between you and the provider directly. This website is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for a provider’s acts or omissions.
