Attribution data collected automatically

To understand where requests originate, this website records attribution data alongside a submission:

• The landing page you first arrived on.
• The referring URL that sent you here.
• Marketing parameters in the link (UTM tags, and click identifiers such as gclid or msclkid).
• Your browser’s user agent string.

Where request data is stored

Submitted requests and their attribution data are stored in a PostgreSQL database operated on this website’s hosting platform.

Sharing your request with providers

This website is an independent service-request publisher. A request you submit may be shared with one or more third-party service providers that may be able to help. This website does not claim never to share your information — sharing your request with a potential provider is the purpose of submitting it. The provider confirms availability, pricing, and service terms with you directly.

Operator notifications

A summary of a new request may be sent to the operator of this website through the ntfy push notification service so it is seen promptly. By default that summary excludes your name and contact details: it carries the service needed, the general area, the property type, the timeline, the request status, and an internal ID only.

Call tracking

Calls to the published phone number may pass through a call-tracking service so this website can attribute which sources produce calls. Call recording is not enabled — calls placed to the published number are not recorded by this website.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic and how pages are used. Analytics data is used to understand site performance, not to identify you personally.

This website also uses Microsoft Clarity to record aggregate interaction and usage patterns — such as page scrolling and clicks — to improve the site. Clarity data is used in aggregate to understand how pages are used.
